Client Work & Deliverables

Creative work produced for clients — including brand identities, marketing assets, campaign materials, and digital content — remains the intellectual property of Maximalist until full payment has been received and ownership has been formally transferred under the terms of the applicable client agreement.

Clients are granted usage rights as specified in their respective contracts. No additional reproduction or redistribution rights are implied beyond what is expressly agreed.
